Return & Refund

Return

• Return request only accept within 14 days upon you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, you must provide a proof of your damaged item. For Lebistro Coffee & Koon Kee White Coffee, please feedback to us immediately if there is any uncertain taste/smell.
• Please provide your purchase history/order ID.

Refunds

• We do not accept cash refund.
• Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will replace an item immediately once your return is approved.
• You will receive the replacement within a certain amount of days, depending on the courier service.

Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will be responsible for paying the replacement shipping costs.
