Payment and Delivery

1. Is my payment information safe?


All our payments are handled by PayPal, a highly reputable payment gateway company. They have top notch security and also handle payments for many other reputable online businesses all around the world, including eBay.

2. Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we do.  If the country that you wish to send to is not in the system, email us an enquiry.  We will get back to you as soon as possible with pricing if it is an available country.

** All products will be shipped out in 48 hours upon receipt of your payment.

3. What delivery services do you use?


We use Pgeon and Poslaju for domestic Door to Door deliveries.  For international shipping, it varies between Janio, FedEx and DHL depending on your location.

4. What is your Return Policy?


If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong item, etc...) you can send it back to us for the item to be exchanged.

  • Please return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of your purchase date.

  • Items purchased on sale or via promo codes are not accepted for return or exchange.

  • Brew gear that has undergone wear and tear are not accepted for return or exhange.

We will be happy to exchange the product for you. Please reach out to us at so that we can also look out for your item, and be informed why you you're returning it. Do give us at least 1 week to exchange roasted coffee beans, so that we can ensure you receive the freshest beans possible!

** We do not accept payment refunds.  We will replace an item immediately once your request for return is approved and after your returning package is received by our office.  We will update you with proper tracking number once a replacement has been mailed out to you.

** You will need to bear your own shipping costs for returning the item to the address above.  We will pay for the replacement shipping costs. 

5. What should I do if I don't receive my coffee?

Reach out to us at and our service staff will look into the matter and do follow up for your shipment.  If the item is lost, we will prepare a replacement shipment for you.

Choosing your coffee

1. How do I select the right coffee?

   All the LeBistro coffee beans are provided with detailed information to help you select the best coffee for your personal needs.  Feel free to message us for clarification if you have any questions.

2. Why do you retail freshly roasted coffee?


As a commercial roaster, we are in a position to deliver freshly roasted coffee beans to you.  Fresh is best.

3. What is specialty coffee?


Coffee is determined as 'specialty' grade when it receives a 'Quality Score' of 80 points or above from the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). This score is based on a scale of 100 points and is judged using a variety of weighted categories including aroma, flavour, acidity, sweetness, mouth-feel, and balance.
